With Vincent Poirier occupying the starting spot on Anadolu Efes, there might be another French center joining the club to occupy Dan Oturu’s minutes.
It’s the case of Brice Dessert, who is in advanced negotiations with the former back-to-back EuroLeague champions, according to Chema de Lucas.
The 2003-born center was crafted in INSEP, before moving to Rouen, Blois, and ultimately SIG Strasbourg, where he put up 9.0 points and 5.0 rebounds in the 2024-25 LNB.

According to the Spanish journalist, Maccabi Tel Aviv and AS Monaco were also interested in him, making offers to bring the French talent over.
