Ettore Messina’s Milan is building the team for next season, adding pieces – like Lorenzo Brown and Marko Guduric – while at the same time confirming their main assets.
Confirmed in the team’s second unit, Diego Flaccadori has officially extended his stay in Northern Italy until 2027. He first joined the red-and-white side in 2023 to strengthen the Italian core in Milan.
While playing 26 games in the 2023-24 EuroLeague season, he appeared in half games in 2024-25 internationally, averaging only 1.8 points and 1.1 assists per appearance.

“I wish to thank Mr. Armani, the ownership group, and the coaching staff for trusting me one more time. The decision to stay has been easy and very simple,” he commented.
“For me, defending and competing for our red and white colors is a huge responsibility and an honor. I can’t wait to restart and work for achieving our new goals,” the 29-year-old added.
Before moving to Milan, Diego Flaccadori played with Trento from 2014 to 2019 and from 2021 to 2023, spending two years with Bayern Munich to make his first debut in the EuroLeague.
