Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet has officially announced the signing of Lazar Stojković, a promising young center born in 2007.

Stojković, who stands at 2.12 meters, arrives from BKK Radnički and is considered one of the most intriguing Serbian prospects at his position.

He gained wider attention with his performances at the ANGT tournament in Belgrade earlier this year, playing for Crvena Zvezda’s youth team. He is also a member of Serbia’s U18 national team and is set to compete at the upcoming European Championship in July.

The 17-year-old played senior-level minutes with Radnički last season and will now join Zvezda’s senior team preparations after the U18 Euros. The club views him as a long-term investment and part of its commitment to developing domestic talent.

Stojković reportedly turned down other offers to continue his development with Crvena Zvezda, joining a group of young Serbian players such as Stefan Miljenović, Ognjen Radošić, and Uroš Plavšić who are expected to have roles in the first team moving forward.
