Hapoel Tel Aviv announced that the club hired experienced and decorated executive Manos Papadopoulos. He will take over the role of “Director of External Relations and Strategy in the working interfaces with the Euroleague.”

Hapoel “IBI” Tel Aviv Basketball Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Manos Papadopoulos as the club’s Director of External Relations and Strategy in the working interfaces with the Euroleague.
As part of his role, Manos will be responsible, among other things, for nurturing and managing relationships with the various teams and relevant officials, creating professional collaborations, strategic development, and administrative support and guidance.
Manos is highly experienced in European basketball. He served in a wide variety of professional and administrative roles at Panathinaikos, collaborated with coach Dimitris Itoudis, and in recent years served as the professional director of Zenit St. Petersburg.
Manos Papadopoulos: “I am very happy to join Hapoel Tel Aviv.
“Ofer Yanai, Gili Raanan and Miki Malka are leading an impressive and inspiring project, and I will try to contribute to the team with the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years.
