Oz Blayzer, who returned last summer to Hapoel Tel Aviv, signed a three-year extension on his contract with the club.
The 32-year-old forward will remain part of the club for the long run, as it was officially announced.
Per the press release: “Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv basketball club is pleased to announce the extension of forward Oz Blayzer’s contract until the end of the 2027-28 season.
Oz averaged 5.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 39.3% from three in the past season in the Winner League. The forward was one of the leading players in the league in plus-minus index, offensive fouls, and percentages from beyond the arc.
As he said, “I am happy to continue for three more seasons together with the Hapoel family. From the moment I arrived, I found an embracing home that strives to reach the highest possible level, and I am proud to be a partner in this path.
I would like to thank the owners, the management, coach Dimitris Itoudis, and the team manager George Hinas for their support and belief that together we will reach new heights. I look forward to starting the historic season that is coming, and together with the tremendous push of our fans to meet all expectations.”
