Valencia Basket has announced the signing of American-Nigerian combo guard Ike Iroegbu on a one-month temporary contract.
The 30-year-old joins to provide depth in the backcourt following several injuries in the guard rotation.
Iroegbu (1.88m) is well known in the Liga Endesa, having spent the past two seasons with Bàsquet Girona, where he averaged 13.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 3.3 assists across 65 games. He was among the ACB’s top scorers in his first season and played a key role in helping Girona remain in the league.
A former Washington State player, Iroegbu has built a career across Europe with stops in Germany, Lithuania, France, Israel, and Italy, before establishing himself in Spain.
He will reinforce Valencia for the remainder of the preseason and the opening stretch of the 2025–26 campaign.
