Olympiacos is considering the addition of 27-year-old combo guard Frank Ntilikina

Olympiacos is looking for a late roster boost via Frank Ntilikina.

Only details remain for the deal between the Greek side with the player and Partizan Mozzart Bet, per Eurohoops sources. The return of the Belgrade outfit from Australia and participation in the Pavlos Giannakopoulos Tournament 2025 may delay the final announcements, but everyone is on the same page.

Confirmed by head coach Giorgos Bartzokas, the Reds are actively scanning the market for an additional backcourt option. With Keenan Evans on the injury list, Evan Fournier, Thomas Walkup, Saben Lee, Tyler Dorsey, and Giannoulis Larentzakis shape the current guard lineup, eight days before opening the 2025-26 EuroLeague Regular Season against Baskonia in Fernando Buesa Arena on September 30.

The 27-year-old combo guard is certainly a suitable option, especially after returning to the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague with 7.0 points, 2.0 assists, 1.7 rebounds, and 0.6 steals per game over 21 appearances in the 2024-25 journey with Partizan. He made 45.8% of his field goals, including 37.7% from beyond the arc, with the team coached by Zeljko Obradovic.

Introducing himself to Europe’s premier club continental competition with his parent club, SIG Strasbourg, in 2015, he logged four appearances. An explosive two-way specialist, he was selected with the eighth overall pick of the 2017 NBA draft by the New York Knicks. He went on to play 336 games in the league, spread between four years with the Knicks and briefer stints with the Dallas Mavericks and Charlotte Hornets.

Representing France in FIBA competitions, Ntilikina earned silver Olympic medals in Paris in 2024 and Tokyo in 2021, also captured bronze in the FIBA World Cup 2019. His junior career was highlighted by a Most Valuable Player award in the FIBA U18 European Championship 2016.
