Experienced point guard out for the season opener

Olimpia Milano received good news before the 2025/26 EuroLeague opener against Crvena Zvezda in Belgrade (30/09), as Marko Gudurić rejoined the team.

However, Ettore Messina had some bad news prior to the game in Belgrade Arena: Lorenzo Brown won’t be able to help the team.

Unfortunately, we will start without Lorenzo Brown, but the return of Marko Gudurić and the players we couldn’t use during the Supercup weekend give us the confidence of being able to play a very good game,” Messina said.

Brown joined the Italian side last summer, after a season with Panathinaikos, and already won the Italian Supercup, dishing a record-breaking 11 assists in the final against Brescia.

After facing Crvena Zvezda, Milano will stay in Belgrade to face Partizan in EuroLeague Round 2 (02/10).
