Following a win, 97-82, over Ironi Lati Kiryat Ata in Menora Mivtachim Arena, the head coach of Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv, Dimitris Itoudis, went into several roster updates, noting that Yam Madar will be out for about one more month.

The 24-year-old Israeli point guard has recovered from an appendectomy but then reported knee discomfort, stemming from a setback with the senior national team of Israel in EuroBasket 2025. He is scheduled to undergo surgery in the next few days.

Itoudis also confirmed a similar timeline for Bruno Caboclo, who is recovering from back surgery.

Despite injury woes extending to Collin Malcolm, hurting his ankle and being forced to an early exit from the Round 1 fixture of the 2025-26 Regular Season of Israel’s Winner League on Sunday, the 55-year-old Greek play-caller clarified that current team plans do not include adding a new player. Heading to Round 4 of the EuroLeague Regular Season, the 28-year-old winger is questionable to play against Valencia in Roig Arena on Wednesday.

With several players resting, including Vasilije Micic, Tyler Ennis recorded a game-high 18 points against Ironi Kiryat Ata.

Fellow EuroLeague outfit, Maccabi Rapyed Tel Aviv, overpowered Hapoel Altshuler Shaham Beer Sheva/Dimona, 104-92, in The Shell.
