Hapoel Tel Aviv achieved an important victory in the fifth round of the EuroLeague, winning away against Paris with a score of 89-88.
Dan Oturu had an excellent game for the Israeli team, finishing with 18 points and nine rebounds. Four other players scored in double digits, with Vasilije Micic being the best among them with 12 points.
For Paris, Nadir Hifi was once again the best with 23 points, while Justin Robinson added 13.
A great match was played in the last duel of the fifth round. The decision came in the final moments, when Hapoel managed better.
Tyler Ennis scored two free throws to give the guests the lead, and Hifi was inaccurate in the last second, allowing the Tel Aviv team to start celebrating.
Paris has a 3-2 record and will visit Partizan in the sixth round of the EuroLeague, while Hapoel will face Monaco in Sofia in the next round. They currently have four wins and one loss.
