Fenerbahce’s games against Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Tel Aviv have been relocated to Germany

Due to security concerns and also the political situation in the relationship between Israel and Turkey, the home games of Fenerbahce against Hapoel and Maccabi will be held in Munich.

The club made an official announcement on the issue, while Anadolu Efes has already hosted the Israeli teams in Podgorica, Montenegro.

Per the press release: The matches Against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv and Hapoel Bank Yahav Tel Aviv Fenerbahçe Beko Men’s Basketball Team’s EuroLeague 10th and 11th week matches, scheduled to be played at Ülker Sports and Event Hall against Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv on Tuesday, November 11, and against Hapoel Bank Yahav Tel Aviv on Thursday, November 13, will be played in a different country, open to the participation of our fans, due to security measures taken by the authorities.  

In line with this precaution-focused decision, following research and discussions conducted by our Club and EuroLeague officials, it has been decided that SAP Garden will host the matches in Munich, Germany, which has been permitted by local authorities to host these matches, is suitable on the relevant dates, and meets the EuroLeague match criteria.  

Announcements regarding the tipoff time, ticket sales, and measures to address the inconvenience season ticket holders will experience due to these matches not being played at Ülker Sports and Event Hall will be posted on our official website.
