Maccabi Tel Aviv is reportedly holding negotiations with Iffe Lundberg, and according to ONE, there has been progress in the talks between the two sides.
The club has been looking to strengthen its backcourt, and Lundberg has emerged as an active option in that process.
Lundberg, 30, is currently with Partizan Belgrade, where he played last season under Željko Obradović. Although he has not made an appearance for the team this season, he remained under contract.
In the previous EuroLeague campaign, he averaged 7.9 points and 3 assists per game, while adding 7.9 points and 2.4 assists per game in the ABA League.
Before joining Partizan, Lundberg spent time with Virtus Bologna and CSKA Moscow, and also had a stint in the NBA with the Phoenix Suns.
