Spencer Dinwiddie is still finding his groove in the EuroLeague, but since his arrival, Bayern Munich can’t seem to stop winning.

Gordon Herbert’s side notched their third straight victory after beating Paris 82-86 on the road, with Xavier Rathan-Mayes and Dinwiddie playing crucial roles in the decisive moments.

Rathan-Mayes led the scoring for the German side, with 12 of his 16 points coming in the final 10 minutes. Vladimir Lučić, Andreas Obst, and Wenyen Gabriel each added 12 points.

Dinwiddie contributed eight points, five assists, and four rebounds, including a crucial three-pointer in the final minute.

He also had five turnovers and committed four fouls, finishing with a PIR of 6, which shows he is still adjusting to European basketball. Nevertheless, his quality is already proving decisive for Bayern Munich.

For Paris, Justin Robinson recorded 22 points and five rebounds for a game-high PIR of 22, while Nadir Hifi added 21 points. Sebastian Herrera also reached double digits with 12 points.

Paris staged a big comeback in the third period. After trailing by as much as 16 points in the second quarter, they outscored Bayern 26–11 to enter the final 10 minutes with a 68–64 lead.

However, Rathan-Mayes started hitting triples in the fourth quarter, sinking four after scoring just four points beforehand, making a big difference, but it was Dinwiddie who had the final word, standing out in the closing moments.

Firstly, he hit a three-pointer with 47 seconds on the clock to give Bayern an 84–79 lead, but Sebastian Herrera quickly answered. Rathan-Mayes then missed his attempt from beyond the arc, but Dinwiddie grabbed the defensive rebound on the other end and found Vladimir Lučić on the fast break for an easy basket that sealed the win.
