Partizan Mozzart Bet has officially announced that the club’s Executive Board does not accept Željko Obradović’s resignation.
In an emergency meeting held on November 27, the board expressed full support for the legendary coach and formally asked him to reconsider his decision and continue leading the team.
“On Thursday, November 27, an emergency meeting of the Executive Board of KK Partizan Mozzart Bet was held to address the situation in the club following yesterday’s irrevocable resignation of first-team head coach Željko Obradović.
Despite the announcement, the Executive Board unanimously decided — based on the proposal of club president Ostoja Mijailović — not to accept Željko Obradović’s resignation and to offer him unconditional support, expressing their wish for him to remain the head coach of KK Partizan Mozzart Bet and make the necessary moves to improve the team’s results.
Following this decision, the club reached out to Željko Obradović, asking him to reconsider his resignation, withdraw it, and continue his work with the team“, as officially announced.
