Baskonia got its fifth Euroleague victory, which is also the fifth at home.
The Spanish team dominated EA7 Emporio Armani Milan (88-78) after a great second half. Coch Galbiati’s team now has a 5-9 record in the Euroleague. The Italian squad, on the other hand, dropped to 7-7.
Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot (19 p.) and Matteo Spagnolo (18 p.) were Baskonia‘s top scorers. Kobi Simmons added 11 points.
For Milan, only Leandro Bolmaro (16 p.) and Armoni Brooks (16 p.) stepped up.
Baskonia controlled the first half, setting the pace in the second quarter to go into the break with a lead (49-42).
With a partial score of 18-7 after halftime, Baskonia created a solid distance and never looked back.
