Anadolu Efes has parted ways with Igor Kokoškov after a rough stretch of games, and it appears his replacement has been found.
According to the Turkish Basketball Federation’s website, Pablo Laso is listed as the new Anadolu Efes head coach.
The two-time EuroLeague champion is therefore set to return to the sidelines, pending the club’s official announcement.
After 15 rounds, Anadolu Efes sits 19th in the EuroLeague standings with a 5–10 record and is dealing with injury problems, with players such as Shane Larkin, P.J. Dozier and Vincent Poirier currently out.
