Fenerbahce secured a victory in one of the most exciting games of Round 15 of the EuroLeague, defeating Monaco on the road with a score of 92-86.
Tyler Horton-Tucker was masterful for Fenerbahce, scoring 24 points (9/13 from the field), Khem Birch added 15 points with seven rebounds, while Devon Hall scored 13, one more than Wade Baldwin.
On the other side, Mike James scored 20 points but struggled with his shooting (6/17 from the field), Alpha Diallo contributed with 18 points, while Kevarrius Hayes added 12.
Nikola Mirotic was also excellent with 11 points, seven rebounds, and six assists.
In a rematch of the EuroLeague final in Abu Dhabi, the same outcome was repeated. It seemed that Vassilis Spanoulis’s team was on the way to victory, but Fenerbahce turned things around in the fourth quarter, winning that period 31-13 and ultimately securing a big victory.
Monaco now has a record of 9-6 and will visit Baskonia in the next round. On the other hand, Fenerbahce is at 9-5 and will host Panathinaikos in the next round.
