Dubai claimed a victory in Round 17 of the EuroLeague by beating Anadolu Efes away, with a 80–76 score.

McKinley Wright IV delivered another great game for Jurica Golemac’s team and, just as against Maccabi, was again their best player. He finished the game with 17 points and 15 assists, and he was by far the most responsible for the win.

Mfiondu Kabengele was more efficient scoring‑wise with 20 points, while Filip Petrusev added 14.
On the other side, Pablo Laso’s team had four players in double figures, with Rodrigue Beaubois and Rolands Smits leading the way with 12 points each.

It looked like Anadolu Efes’s winning streak under Pablo Laso would continue. The Turkish team spent almost three quarters in front, at one point building a double‑digit lead (50–40), but Dubai managed to come back into the game.

We saw another tight finish, in which Wright IV was once again magnificent – with a flurry of points and assists, he brought celebration to Dubai. Efes could have won, but Jordan Loyd missed a three-pointer, after which Wright secured the victory for the visitors.

Dubai now stands at 8–9, and in the next round will face Olimpia Milano. As for Efes, they are on 6–11, and in the next round will travel to play ASVEL.
