LDLC ASVEL announces the signing of Paul Eboua for the second half of the season.
The 25-year-old forward was part of the Trapani Shark roster these last months. The situation in the Italian team is delicate due to financial troubles.
The Cameroonian player has made a name for himself in Italian basketball in recent years and will play for the French Euroleague team.
The club made a statement about their new signing:
Center Paul Eboua (25 years old, 2.03m) has joined LDLC ASVEL for the second half of the season.
Capable of playing both the power forward and center positions, and known for his strong rebounding, the Cameroonian international built his career in Italy (Pesaro, Cremona, Brescia, Trapani). Since the start of the season, he has averaged 10.7 points and 9.2 rebounds per game for a 16.5 efficiency rating in 23.1 minutes per game in the Italian league.
A significant addition to the Villeurbanne roster as they look ahead to an ambitious 2026.
