Monaco claimed victory in front of their fans in the 20th round of the EuroLeague, defeating Partizan with a score of 101-84.

The most effective player for Monaco was Alpha Diallo with 14 points, followed by Nikola Mirotic and Matthew Strazel with 13 points each, Mike James and Daniel Theis with 11 points, and Jaron Blossomgame with 10 points.

On the other side, Sterling Brown was the top performer with 19 points, while Cameron Payne contributed 13 points along with five assists.

Partizan still hasn’t tasted victory since the arrival of Joan Penarroya, at least in the EuroLeague. Monaco continued their excellent form, achieving their fourth consecutive win through solid team play.

The game was essentially decided by halftime, as the scoreboard read 43-25 midway through the second quarter. Although Partizan managed to narrow the gap towards the end of the third quarter, the hosts easily repelled the comeback and secured the win without much drama.

Monaco now holds a 13-7 record, and in the next round, last season’s EuroLeague finalists will visit Valencia. On the other hand, Partizan remains at the bottom with a 6-14 record, and their next game involves a visit to Virtus in Bologna.
