Fenerbahce defeated Baskonia on their home court with a score of 84-71 in the 24th round of the EuroLeague.

Talen Horton-Tucker was the top scorer for his team, as he was two nights ago in Bologna, with 21 points and eight rebounds. Tarik Biberovic added 12 points, while Nando De Colo and Wade Baldwin finished the game with 11 points each.

On the other side, Eugene Omoruyi was the best with 14 points and six rebounds, one more than Kobi Simmons, while Rodions Kurucs added ten points.

After a closely contested first half, which Fenerbahce finished with a four-point lead (42-38), the decision on the winner came in the third quarter. Horton-Tucker led the charge, and the Turks won this quarter 27-12, effectively securing the victory.

The lead went as high as +28 (81-53), after which Baskonia reduced the deficit towards the end, but could not avoid defeat.

After their third consecutive win in the EuroLeague, Fenerbahce has a record of 16-7 and will host Anadolu Efes in the next round, in a Turkish derby. On the other hand, Baskonia has a record of 8-16 and will host Zalgiris Kaunas on their home court in seven days.
