A Madrid court has granted an interim measure suspending the 12-month ban imposed on Dylan Osetkowski, making him eligible to play again starting tomorrow, as confirmed by his agent, Miško Ražnatović.
“By today’s decision of the court in Madrid, an interim measure has been granted suspending the sanction imposed on Dylan Osetkowski, which consisted of a 12-month ban from competing, Accordingly, starting tomorrow, Dylan Osetkowski will be eligible to play for KK Partizan“, Raznatovic wrote.
Osetkowski had been sidelined after Spain’s anti-doping authorities reopened a case last summer related to a positive marijuana test during the 2023–24 season while he was playing for Unicaja.
Although such violations typically carry a one-year suspension, the process was prolonged due to appeals and legal challenges.
With the sanction now temporarily suspended, the forward is cleared to rejoin KK Partizan while the proceedings continue.
