Confirming recent rumors, Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv has officially completed another roster boost for the stretch run in the 2025-26 Regular Season of the Euroleague with the signing of veteran swingman Levi Randolph. The club announced the move on Monday morning, noting that the 33-year-old guard/forward has committed to a multi-year deal through the end of the 2026-27 season.
Randolph makes his return to Israel following a prolific stint with Zenit Saint Petersburg, where he emerged as one of the VTB United League’s most dangerous perimeter threats. Over 28 starts this season, he averaged 14.6 points while shooting an elite 48.8% from three-point range and 92.5% from the free-throw line. In 28 appearances, all starts, he added 2.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 0.8 steals per contest.
“Levi knows the EuroLeague,” said head coach Dimitris Itoudis, referencing Randolph’s 2024-25 campaign with Maccabi Playtika Tel Aviv. “We believe he will help us achieve our goals.” General manager George Hinas echoed this confidence, labeling the newcomer a “true winner.”

Due to registration timing, Randolph, much like fellow addition Kessler Edwards, is eligible exclusively for the remainder of the EuroLeague campaign. While he will provide an immediate boost on the continental stage, he is ineligible for the rest of the Israeli Winner League Regular Season.
Currently sitting sixth in the EuroLeague standings at 16–11, Hapoel enters the final 11 games of the Regular Season in a heated playoff race, sitting just 0.5 games ahead of the Play-In Showdown zone.
