After trailing by 17 points in the fourth quarter, Panathinaikos stormed back to cut the deficit to just two, setting up a potential go-ahead three-pointer for Nigel Hayes-Davis.

However, he missed the shot, then committed a foul on Justin Robinson. Ergin Ataman was ejected for protesting the call, and Robinson calmly knocked down three free throws to seal a 104–99 victory for Paris at OAKA Arena.

Nadir Hifi led the winning team with 20 points and five assists, while Lamar Stevens and Jeremy Morgan added 14 points each.

Coach Francesco Tabellini made the right call in the dying moments by giving the ball to Justin Robinson, who delivered a crucial three-pointer and free throws to secure the win, finishing the game with 13 points and seven assists. Leo Cavaliere contributed 10 points for Paris.

On the other side, Hayes-Davis took over in his EuroLeague debut for Panathinaikos, finishing with 27 points, but he couldn’t convert the most important shot of the game with 2.6 seconds left.

Kenneth Faried added 17 points and five rebounds, while T.J. Shorts came close to a double-double with 14 points and eight assists. Cedi Osman contributed 12 points, and Nikos Rogkavopoulos scored 10 points with eight rebounds for Panathinaikos. Kendrick Nunn was out due to illness.
