Barcelona secured a victory in the 32nd round of the EuroLeague, defeating Valencia in the Spanish derby with a score of 66-62.

The decision in Valencia came in a dramatic finish as the guests went on a 7-0 run in the last minute to claim the win. The decisive moment turned out to be Will Clyburn’s three-pointer, which he made with 25 seconds remaining after an offensive rebound to give his team the lead (64-62). The home team had a chance to tie or win, but in the final play, Matt Costello lost the ball, and Barcelona sealed the victory from the free-throw line.

Joel Parra was the best in the winning team with 14 points, while Will Clyburn and Jan Vesely also scored in double figures with 11 each. On the other side, Neal Sako scored 12 points, one more than Jean Montero.

Valencia is now in fifth place in the EuroLeague with a record of 20-12 and will host Olympiacos in the next round. On the other hand, after five losses, Barca achieved a victory and is now in seventh place with a record of 18-14. In the next round, they will host Anadolu Efes.
