Euroleague Basketball has announced the launch of the 2025–26 EuroLeague Panini Contenders trading card collection, marking the first time one of the most recognizable brands in sports collectibles will be featured in Europe’s premier club competition.
Developed in partnership with Panini, the release brings the well-known Contenders format to EuroLeague fans, combining the competition’s heritage with a modern, premium collecting experience. The collection will feature a mix of legends, current stars, and emerging talents from across the league.
At the center of the set is the “Season Ticket” base series, a signature element of the Contenders line, supported by multiple limited-edition parallels ranging from /299 to one-of-one cards. The collection also includes a variety of inserts such as EuroLeague Legends, Iconic Contenders, Superstar Die-Cuts, and Team Quads, along with ultra-rare Super Short Print cards like Kaboom!, License to Dominate, and Passport Stamped.
A key highlight of the release is its strong autograph content. Each hobby box will include, on average, two autographs, featuring themed sets such as Veteran Ticket and Rookie-style signatures, EuroLeague Ink, MVP Contenders Autographs, and dual-signed Rivalry Ticket cards showcasing notable matchups.
The launch represents a significant step in the expansion of EuroLeague’s collectibles portfolio, introducing a globally established brand to the European basketball market. With its combination of rare inserts, premium design, and autograph-focused content, the new collection aims to elevate fan engagement and set a new standard for basketball collectibles in Europe.
