Milan tried to save the day in the second half and made it a real game, but ultimately Paris got the 103-93 win.
Nadir Hifi, with 25 points, led the charge and made some key plays to keep the distance when it counted.
On the losing side, Armoni Brooks scored 20 points.
After this result, Milan dropped to 17-18, two wins away from the play-in tournament line with just three games left in the season. Paris improved to 14-21, getting the win despite not having any playoff chances anymore.
The halftime score was 64-41 for Paris, which led by 27 points (61-34) and dominated the first half.
However, things changed in the third period, which ended with Milan trailing by 11 points (87-76). The Italians opened the last quarter with an 11-1 run to make it a one-point game (88-87) after a dunk by Devin Booker and a three by Brooks with six and a half minutes left.
Suddenly, the hosts were in trouble, but Amath M’ Baye with a big three and Hifi with a layup (93-87) restored order. Sebastian Herrara added two free throws for a 7-0 run (95-87), and Milan couldn’t react after that.
One more three and one of two free throws by M’Baye followed (99-87) for a total of 19 personal points with three minutes left, but the game was practically over.
