The latest EuroLeague Serbian derby has resulted in significant disciplinary action, with both Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet Belgrade and Partizan Mozzart Bet Belgrade facing substantial sanctions following crowd-related incidents.

EuroLeague Basketball confirmed that the punishments stem from multiple episodes involving fans during the high-tension derby in Regular Season Round 35.

Crvena Zvezda received the harsher penalty, with fines totaling €50,000. In addition, the club will be required to play one home game at a reduced capacity of 80%, with specific sections of the arena closed. The sanctions reflect the severity and frequency of incidents attributed to their supporters during the match.

Partizan was also punished, receiving fines amounting to €38,000. Furthermore, the club’s next game will be played without the presence of visiting fans, a measure aimed at preventing further escalation of tensions in future fixtures.

The disciplinary measures did not end there. In Regular Season Round 36, Crvena Zvezda was again sanctioned—this time fined €10,000—after fans were found using laser pointers during their game against Paris Basketball, in another breach of Article 29.2.e).
