Josh Nebo is officially no longer a member of Olimpia Milano, as confirmed by the team on social media.
The Italian champion bid farewell to Nebo with kind words, and, per Eurohoops sources, his next career stop will be Barcelona.
In the Milan jersey, Nebo won the Treble this season.
“Olimpia Milano wishes all the best to Josh Nebo and is thankful for the two seasons we spent together and his contributions to the team’s historical Treble. He was a crucial a part of that team on the court. Over his two years in Milano, Josh was always a model professional and a positive piece of the group, too. Because of it, beyond the many wins and his great games, he will always be a special member of our family.”
Josh Nebo will continue his career with Barcelona, which will be the fifth club of his career after Hapoel Eilat, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Zalgiris, and Olimpia Milano. The first to report Barcelona’s interest in Nebo was ROM.
According to Eurohoops, on Monday Barcelona reached an agreement for the arrival of Aleksander Sekulic as head coach. Also, Barcelona announced the signing of Justin Robinson.
