After his recent departure from FC Barcelona, Will Clyburn completed his move to fellow EuroLeague outfit Fenerbahce on Friday.
The Turkish powerhouse finalized a one-year agreement with the 36-year-old American forward, adding elite experience and offensive versatility to their frontline for the upcoming 2026–27 campaign.
Standing 2.01 meters tall, the veteran small forward arrives in Istanbul boasting an illustrious continental resume that includes 276 appearances in Europe’s premier club competition.

His professional journey began following a collegiate career split between the University of Utah and Iowa State, leading to his first overseas signing with Germany’s ratiopharm Ulm in 2013. After a stellar stint with Hapoel hcsra Insurance Holon in Israel, the 1990-born athlete made his initial mark in Turkiye with Darussafaka Dogus during the 2016–17 season before embarking on a highly successful five-year tenure with CSKA. His crowning achievement came in 2019, when he captured the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague championship, secured an All-First Team selection, and took home Final Four Most Valuable Player honors. During his time in Russia with the Moscow outfit, the prolific scorer also claimed three VTB United League titles.
The seasoned attacker has consistently found silverware across the continent, later securing the Turkiye Sigorta Basketbol Super Ligi crown with Anadolu Efes in 2023 and another domestic championship with Italy’s Virtus Segafredo Bologna in 2025. Last year, during his tenth EuroLeague campaign, he remained a lethal perimeter threat with Barca. He concluded the 2025–26 season averaging 13.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.1 steals per contest, anchoring a 14.7 efficiency rating.
Marcus Bingham Jr., Trent Forrest, Braxton Key, Shane Larkin, Sertac Sanli, Ignas Sargiunas, and Shavon Shields were the previous official summer signings to reinforce the team coached by Sarunas Jasikevicius.
