Beşiktaş JK has announced that the contract of Mady Sissoko, who joined the club on July 3, 2026, has been mutually agreed to be temporarily frozen due to a health issue experienced by the player.
According to the club, Sissoko’s condition is currently being monitored by Beşiktaş’ medical team. The club stated that his contract will be activated once the health issue has been resolved.
Beşiktaş did not provide further details regarding the nature of Sissoko’s condition, emphasizing that the player remains under medical supervision.
The Malian center joined Beşiktaş as part of the club’s plans for the 2026–27 season. His temporary contractual status means that his official activation with the team will depend on his recovery and medical clearance.
