After losing both games in Istanbul, Real Madrid plays with its back against the wall. The players of Pablo Laso have a mountain to climb since no team has ever come back from a 2-0 deficit in a Euroleague playoff series.

Before the third match between the two teams, Anders Nocioni commented on the way the referees approached the game in Istanbul, and not only. “The way our opponents play, the pressure that Zeljko Obradovic puts towards the referees and the difficulty someone has to officiate in Turkey, did not give us a chance to win in the second game”, said Nocioni. “That is the reality. It is a team that tries to impose a physical force we have to match”, added the international Argentinian veteran.
