How different will the players’ performance be from the first game of the playoffs to the second? How will this influence your choices in fantasy?

Changes are free, so you can even change your team radically. Of those who shined in the opening game of the playoffs, which players will continue accordingly in the second game?

Usually, few players manage to be consistent in a series of games. Let’s start with the safer bets, those who will form the foundation of the team.

CSKA’s duo of Milos Teodosic and Nando De Colo looks “immovable”. Also, the selection of Spanoulis, Printezis and Bogdanovic was vindicated and they will continue in Game 2 of the playoffs. Ekpe Udoh along the frontline didn’t do so well in the Olympic Sports Center in Athens in terms of ranking, but he can make the difference in the second game.

The big question has to do with Chris Singleton, who is called upon to find a solution for Fenerbahce’s marking and mainly Nikola Kalinic’s marking. Will he put up a better performance in Game 2? Better not to risk it and trust Will Clyburn instead, as he is better suited in terms of his playing style against Real and can come up with a big score. He takes on many shots and in the first game he scored 15 points and had a ranking of 11. In fact, if he had been more accurate (7-for-16) he could have had an even bigger score.

Along the frontline, Derrick Brown can appear clearly improved compared to the first game, Nikola Milutinov is a very good option, but Gustavo Ayon can certainly put up an even bigger performance against Darussafaka’s big men.

And the last question has to do with the second point guard beyond Teodosic. Shane Larkin was very good in the last quarter against CSKA and he can put up a similar performance, but Brad Wanamaker is in tremendous condition and since there are credits available for his acquisition, it’s worth banking on yet another good performance by him.

Enjoy fantasy!
