Will we see the “Greek Freak” in Istanbul for the EuroLeague Final Four? Well, it’s not that big of a long-shot.
During the halftime break of the Greek League semifinals match between Olympiacos and Aris, Giannis talked with the Reds’ owners and presidents, Panagiotis and Giorgos Aggelopoulos for a few minutes. After discussing various matters, Aggelopoulos bros. offered him an invitation to attend the Final Four (May 19 – 21) as a formal guest of Olympiacos.
Giannis thanked them and told them that he will consider their proposition, taking under consideration his busy schedule.
