Euroleague Basketball has announced sanctions pertaining to incidents that occurred during the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four Championship Game between Fenerbahce Istanbul and Olympiacos Piraeus.
Fenerbahce Istanbul has been sanctioned with a fine of 11,000 euros for the lighting of fireworks by its fans, on occasion of the Championship game of the 2017 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four, under Article 29.2 paragraph (e) of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
