Blatt spoke to Tacc in Russia and declined any rumors that wanted him to be negotiating with CSKA Moscow and Khimki for the upcoming season.
“Of course, I miss Russia, but neither CSKA nor Khimki entered into negotiations with me. Nothing has happened towards this direction”, Blatt admitted.
Blatt has a special connection with Russia, as he was the head coach of the national team from 2006 to 2012. Under his leadership, the team won the European Championship in 2007, and two bronze medals in Eurobasket 2011 and London’s Olympics in 2012.
