While there’s reported agreement between Tyrese Rice and Maccabi Tel Aviv, the player himself denies any knowledge of such thing.
“I didn’t even know I did that”, he wrote on his Twitter profile in regards to agreeing with his former team with which he won the 2014 EuroLeague title and was named Final Four MVP.

According to Eurohoops sources there is indeed a mutual interest between the American guard and the “Yellows” for a possible cooperation and the two sides are currently in talks.
However there are still many matters to be resolved between Maccabi and Barcelona when it comes the contract that Rice has with the Blaugrana. A 2+1 deal, signed last summer that, for now, keeps him Barcelona-bound for the following season.
