Lojeski clarified that the way things ended up, Panathinaikos was the best choice for him: “I am happy to play for Panathinaikos. I want to be healthy, I want to come back at full strenght and help my team. I like Greece. Panathinaikos was more than interested on me during the whole summer and they tried to convince me to play for them. I know how things are in Greece, I like it here and despite the choice I made, I think that everything is still great”.

Spaking about Olympiacos and the fans of the Reds he added: “I think the team wanted something else. I didn’t understand exactly what happened, but for sure I understood that they didn’t want me. Maybe this is my biggest motivation, now in Panathinaikos. It’s hard with the fans and it will get harder. I want to thank Olympiacos. I expect to hear many things, I already do hear them and it’s ok to say anything for me, but not for my family. We had some great moments with Olympiacos, but that’s life. Things couldn’t work out this summer. It will be hard to play as an opponent at SEF, it will not be a normal game. I know that some fans will not going to welcome me and I have to say this: You can do whatever you want, curse at me, throw me objects, but leave my family out of this”.

And he also explained the situation with Barcelona: “I never failed any kind of medical tests. I just couldn’t wait any more for the end of the situation with Adam Hanga. Everything happens for a reason. I am no a player of Panathinaikos and I believe that I will be soon at 100% of my health, ready for the start of the season”.
