Valencia announced that French guard Antoine Diot underwent a left knee arthroscopic surgery today that will keep him out of action for three to four months.
A chondral lesion was detected during the surgery and the synovial plicae of the knee were resected.
Diot, 28, has participated in just two official games of the 2017-2018 season, the semifinal and title game Spanish SuperCup where his team won the trophy. He had been experiencing knee problems even before the EuroBasket.
