When asked about Bobby Dixon and Melih Mahmutoglu joining the Turkish NT for the FIBA World Cup qualification games and whether he talked with the Federation, Obradovic commented:”I’m the coach of Fenerbahce. I try to do this job, nothing else”.
In addition to that, he mentioned, “We all know that players are in a difficult situation. I don’t only talk about this specific case. I believe players finally understand that they need to create an organization. All of us can think of one way, or another, but players are the ones to decide.”
