Olimpia Milano announced the signing of Italian combo guard and EuroCup standout Amedeo Della Valle. The player signed a multi-year deal with the Italian club.
Milano president had “spoiled” Della Valle’s transfer to the “Red Shoes” from fellow Italian side Reggio Emilia, during the celebrations after his team won the 2018 Italian league title.
In 2017-2018, Della Valle had what can be considered as his breakthrough season. The 25-year-old international guard was named in the All-EuroCup First team after averaging 17.5 points, 3.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game to lead Reggio Emilia to the competition’s semifinals for the first time in the history of the club.
With Milano, Della Valle will make his EuroLeague debut next season.
