Coach David Blatt met with Olympiacos brass in Tel Aviv and the first decisions about the upcoming season roster are already made.

The Reds will extend the contract of Latvian guard Janis Strelnieks by using the option in his contract. On the contrary, Jamel McLean and Brian Roberts are leaving the team. Olympiacos informed them that their option will not be picked up for next season.

French forward Kim Tillie who spent most of the season injured is also expected to be released, however, Olympiacos has until the 5th of July to decide on his fate. Unless something changes drastically in the team planning, Tillie will get a small buy out, like it happened with McLean and Roberts, and will be a free agent. Bobby Brown’s contract expired and he is not coming back.
