Luigi Datome left Fenerbahce Beko’s road game versus Darussafaka Tekfen on Sunday due to a leg injury. He had already dropped a team-high 14 points, but couldn’t finish the BSL Regular Season Round 28 contest.
After his team’s seventh straight Super Ligi victory, Zeljko Obradovic said: “It’s not only Luigi, many players are facing significant injuries. Luigi will have an MRI and we will learn on the severity of his injury.”
Tyler Ennis is out for the season and Joffrey Lauvergne is still sidelined due to his ankle injury. Fener’s injury list also includes Nikola Kalinic, who is expected back in action in time for the EuroLeague Final Four.
