Euroleague Basketball has announced disciplinary sanctions pertaining to incidents that occurred in Game 5 of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Playoffs. The sanctions are based on infractions of the competition by-laws that all teams are aware of and obliged to fulfill.
Anadolu Efes Istanbul has been sanctioned with a fine of 1,500€ for the invasion of the playing area on occasion of its home game against FC Barcelona under Article 29.2.i of the Euroleague Basketball Disciplinary Code.
