VITORIA-GASTEIZ – Kyle Hines won his fourth EuroLeague title and his second one with CSKA Moscow on Sunday. The number of triumphs in Europe’s premier competition included the Russian side’s captain among a selected bunch of legends with so much EuroLeague success. “Being on the shortlist of those names is unreal” he told Eurohoops.
The 32-year-old American also explained the feelings he showed after securing the “W” over Anadolu Efes in the 2019 EuroLeague Final. “This was one year in the making” he pointed out and added: “It was emotional to get back here and play for the championship.”
Asked to rank his four EuroLeague Championships, he replied: “It would be unfair for me to do that. I’m going to say that this one is definitely the sweetest. As you get older, you start to appreciate these things a lot more.”
