Following three 7DAYS EuroCup campaigns with Partizan NIS, Vanja Marinkovic is set for EuroLeague action with Valencia, the Spanish side confirmed via press release. Eurohoops previously reported on the deal between the team with the 22-year-old Serbian guard and with Partizan.
Marinkovic penned a two-year contract, which is expected to include NBA-out clauses. The Sacramento Kings retain his NBA rights they claimed by selecting him with the 60th pick of the 2019 NBA draft.
The talented player averaged 12.4 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per EuroCup match with Partizan this past season. In the ABA League, he posted 12.2 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists.
