Maccabi Tel Aviv is interested in signing American forward Quincy Acey according to Israeli website Sport 5.
Acy, a veteran of a seven-year stint in the NBA is the primary option of Maccabi for the position. A second candidate is American forward Yante Maten.
Maccabi is leaning more towards Acy despite the fact that he’s the most expensive choice between the two.
Acy has a career average of 4.9 points and 3.5 rebounds in 16.0 minutes over 337 games in the NBA. If Maccabi signs him then he’ll make his first appearance in Europe and EuroLeague next season.
