Daniel Hackett took a break from the Italian national team training camp. He arrived in Greece in order to be medicaly examined by Olympiacos and he also spoke for the first time as a player of the Greek champions.
As he said: “I am excited to sign with Olympiacos. It’s a big step in my career. I always try to be better year by year. I am happy that I have the chance to play in the highest level and cooperate with Vasilis Spanoulis. He is a legend, the best player in Europe. I am happy that he is my teammate now, I want to learn how he can be so good. I want to support him on the court. We are going to play hard and in the end we will see what we have achieved”.
