Derrick Brown decided the outcome in the preparation game between Efes and Banvit thanks to his points in the last two minutes. Ivkovic’s team beat Banvit 71-66.
Two minutes before the end, Banvit cut Efes‘ lead to the point (65-64) but Derrick Brown and Bryant Dunston were clutch. The first one was close to a double-double (14 points, 9 rebounds), while the ex-center of Olympiacos scored 5 points and grabbed 4 rebounds. Jayson Granger was very good in execution again (12 points) and Heurtel dished 7 assists.
The top scorers of Banvit were Moerman (16p, 10 rebs) and Vidmar (15p).
