Maccabi Tel Aviv defeated Hapoel Eilat 87-80 and won the 2015 Winner Sal League Cup. Devin Smith had 24 points and 9 rebounds, and was named tournament MVP. Jordan Farmar added 17 points and 8 assists, team captain Guy Pnini scored 14 points, and Taylor Rochestie contributed 10 points.
Eilat had even a 57-50 lead in the third quarter, which ended with Maccabi having a 3 points advantage (63-60). Pnini made two key threes in the last period, giving a 76-66 lead to Maccabi and Eilat couldn’t get back into striking distance.
